【Important Announcement Regarding Guest Dancers Vanesa & Facundo’s Visit to Japan】
　
To all participants of the Japan Tango Festival,
We regret to inform you that although we had been proceeding with the expectation that the visa process for our guest dancers, Vanesa & Facundo, would be completed today, despite our utmost efforts and coordination with the relevant authorities, we have ultimately had to abandon the process due to unavoidable circumstances.
As a result, we are unable to offer the scheduled private lessons and workshops with Vanesa & Facundo. We sincerely apologize to everyone who had made reservations for these programs.
Additionally, their performance at the Gran Milonga on Sunday, July 21st can no longer take place. For those who have purchased tickets for that day and wish to cancel, we will offer a full refund if you contact us by Sunday, July 21st at the email address below.
(Please note: Full Pass holders are not eligible for a refund as the pass includes a significant discount.)

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible.
Please note that cancellations made within one week of the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full participation fee.
